Our Culture
We strive to communicate a sense of family and to foster personal development through interaction with our employees. We involve all levels of employees in product, process, and strategic direction, with the understanding that each individual has their own valuable perspective to contribute. Giving people the ability to effect change and contribute to the sustainability of the company allows employees to feel personally invested. In harmony with this “philosophy” is the fact that staff members (“executives”), managers and supervisors all work directly with their employees, and their doors are always open.
