LifeTrail Stations can be laid out in a number of different configurations and can easily be arranged to work with your site layout.

Each Wellness Station is comprised of three sides. Two of the sides offer activities with two different levels of challenge. These activities have been developed to address the major components of a well-rounded fitness program for active older adults.

The third side can be either a standard informational panel, a wheelchair/ADA accessible activity panel or a custom panel to recognize sponsors or display site specific information.

Each station is designed with the users in mind and all outdoor fitness activities are age appropriate. Grab bars and non-slip treads are part of each station where applicable.
